Old Fashioned Custard
(Uses raw milk and organic eggs!)

Heat 4 cups of raw milk just until starting to bubble.

Beat 8 eggs, 1 Cup Sugar until foamy.

Add to eggs and sugar: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, dash of salt.

Pour milk into eggs, stirring constantly. Strain this as you pour into casserole dish. Top with shakes of cinnamon.

Put casserole dish into a  larger water-filled container. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes. Test with toothpick. (It works best to "preheat" the water-filled container as the oven heats up.)
