Fresh-baked  bread is picked up on Tuesday mornings, and delivered to Colorado Grown Tuesday evenings, to assure that you receive the freshest product possible.

Using only fresh, active yeast, these breads have exceptional flavor. Dakota, 7-Grain, Oat Sunflower Molasses and Spelt breads are offered, as well as Hungry Mother's famous organic granola.

All breads are organic and vegan (no eggs or dairy products). The baker grinds the wheat berries and uses organic sourdough starter. In addition, these breads are 2-pound loaves. You get superior bread and more value for your money compared to other companies providing smaller loaves.

Dakota Bread is the most popular bread. It is a four-seed wheat bread
containing organic pumpkin, poppy, sesame and sunflower seeds.

Sourdough Bread starts with organic "starter" and contains organic bread flour with a small amount of organic wheat flour, which we grind ourselves. This bread makes an awesome grilled cheese sandwich!

7-Grain Bread is a whole grain bread made with organic 7-grain and also contains organic wheat flour the baker grinds himself, and organic bread flour. This bread is also an excellent whole-grain sandwich bread.

Spelt Bread is a wheat-free, organic bread for people who are
sensitive or allergic to wheat products.
